1.     To be able to register with edumation.org, the user must accept the terms of "Privacy Policy" and "Terms of Service".

3.     edumation.org may contain links to third parties. Hence, edumation.org is not responsible for any content on the third party's website which is not owned or controlled entirely by edumation.org.

4.     Uploading activities on edumation.org decidedly requires registration with edumation.org and having a designated Edumation account. Registered users are entirely responsible for their accounts and related activities occurred by these accounts. Edumation.org encourages users to provide accurate and complete information when creating a new account. Edumation.org also encourages users to save passwords confidential and maintain them secure.

5.     edumation.org has the whole right to terminate or freeze temporarily or permanently any account or membership at anytime without a prior notice or apparent reason particularly if  rules are violated or have been misused.  

6.     Acceptable Files for uploading on edumation.org are merely flash swf. files.

7.     All uploaded files, animations…etc are strictly educational, non-pornographic, innovative, and rather amusing for educational purposes.
